Module 1 – Build Safety from the First Session

Establish accurate distress ratings (SUDS)
Build containment and trust from the outset

Module 2– Select and Engage the Right Memory

Locate the key image or sensation
Read somatic and body-based trauma cues
Identify trauma-driven beliefs about self, safety, and worth
Activate memory with precision and attunement

Module 3– Master the RET Tapping Process

Use the complete RET protocol fluently
Identify client's key words
Follow emerging material as the process unfolds
Work skilfully with SUDS changes
